Consumers are entitled to a right of revoca\u00adtion according to the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transac\u00adtion for purposes that can predo\u00admi\u00adnantly be attri\u00adbuted neither to his commer\u00adcial nor his indepen\u00addent profes\u00adsional activity:<\/p>\n

A. Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.<\/p>\n

The revoca\u00adtion period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken posses\u00adsion of the last goods.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Otmar B\u00f6hmer, Kunst\u00admu\u00adseum Wolfsburg, Holler\u00adplatz 1, 38440 Wolfsburg, Germany, Tel.: (0)5361\u20132669\u20110, E\u2011Mail: info@kunstmuseum.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e\u2011mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revoca\u00adtion form, which is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the revoca\u00adtion period, it is suffi\u00adcient to send the notifi\u00adca\u00adtion of the exercise of the right of revoca\u00adtion before the end of the revoca\u00adtion period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation<\/h3>\n

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immedia\u00adtely and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revoca\u00adtion of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transac\u00adtion, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immedia\u00adtely and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancel\u00adla\u00adtion of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.<\/p>\n

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, proper\u00adties and functionality.<\/p>\n

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

According to \u00a7 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, unless otherwise agreed, a right of revoca\u00adtion does not exist for contracts for the provision of services in connec\u00adtion with leisure activi\u00adties if the contract provides for a specific date or period of time for the provision of such services. Accord\u00adingly, a right of revoca\u00adtion is also excluded in the case of contracts which have as their object the sale of tickets for scheduled leisure events.<\/p>\n

General information<\/h3>\n

1) Please avoid damage and conta\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all access\u00adories and with all packaging compon\u00adents. If necessary, use a protec\u00adtive outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protec\u00adtion against transport damage.
\n2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
\n3) Please note that the afore\u00admen\u00adtioned numbers 1\u20132 are not a prere\u00adqui\u00adsite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
