Pay for your purchase safely and conveniently.

Purchase on account
Buying on account is particularly safe and convenient. You will receive an invoice by e‑mail with a payment term of 14 days.
All information about the payment and its due date can be found in the invoice sent by e‑mail or in the additionally received dispatch confirmation e‑mail.
Credit card
Secure online payment with your Mastercard or VISA – it’s easy. And because data security and your trust are extremely important to us. SSL encryption also offers the highest level of security when paying by credit card: all order and credit card data is only transmitted to us in encrypted form during this procedure.
To pay by credit card, simply select “credit card” as your payment method during the ordering process. You will then be asked to provide the following credit card details:
- Card type (Mastercard or VISA)
- Cardholder name
- Card number
- Check digit
- Period of validity
You will find the name of the cardholder as well as the card number and validity period on the front of your credit card. The check digit is a three-digit number (the last three digits of the number in the signature field) on the back of your credit card. This enhances your payment security on the internet.
Your payment is made via a payment form of the PayPal payment platform.
Paypal
PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily, quickly and free of charge in online shops.
PayPal is secure: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again with every online purchase. The payment is either debited from the deposited credit card or by direct debit from your account.
PayPal is simple: You pay with two clicks. Because you use your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase.
PayPal is fast: The seller receives an immediate confirmation after payment from PayPal and can quickly send the goods to you.
Use PayPal immediately: If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can set it up easily and free of charge within minutes.
Delivery
We deliver within Germany and internationally to your home address (billing address), or to a different delivery address (e.g. your place of work, hotel address, address of friends or acquaintances).
The delivery takes place after checking within 1–3 working days within Germany or 3–10 working days to Europe.
Delivery charges
Delivery within Germany costs a flat rate of 6 €. Shipping within the European Union is charged a flat rate of 16 €. Outside the European Union, but in Europe we charge 30 €. For a dispatch beyond the European Union we charge 40 € up to 5 kg, from 5 kg 55 €.
We generally reserve the right to decide which third country we deliver to. Your country is not available in the above list? Please contact us, we will check the delivery and, if necessary, calculate your shipping costs individually.

Delivery process
A strong shipping partner is just waiting to deliver your order quickly and safely:
DHL not only enables you to have your order delivered at your front door, but also to pick it up close to you (DHL branch, Packstation). This makes delivery and return of the parcel particularly convenient for you. Even if you’re not at home, your parcel is sure to be waiting for you nearby!
DHL
DHL delivers directly to your home. If you cannot be found, your parcel will be stored at a post office near you for seven working days after the first delivery attempt.
You can also have your order sent to one of over 1,000 DHL packing stations of your choice and pick it up there around the clock. To do this, you must register with DHL once and identify yourself at the selected packing station with your PIN or customer card. You can find information on this at www.dhl.de

With your shipment confirmation e‑mail, we will send you a link which you can use to conveniently track the status of your DHL Paket online at any time.
